All the cookies are sold by weight and are often still warm from the oven.

Ben’s Cookies was founded by Helge Rubinstein and set up their first ever shop in Oxford in 1983 and now has nine stores in the uk. The cookies themselves are free from GM ingredients, artificial additives, colouring and preservatives. They are made from chunks of the finest Belgian chocolate, unsalted butter, wheat flour, cane sugar and free range eggs. The dough for the cookies is made in the Oxford kitchen and then freshly shipped to each of the stores. There are over 17 flavours including Milk, White or Plain Chocolate Chunk Milk Chocolate Orange Oatmeal & Raisin Fruit & Nut Milk Chocolate
Each store has it’s own conveyer oven turning the dough into satisfying cookies throughout the day. |
